I usually do a deep dive into the company (business model, moat, tam, competitors, etc.) and then analyze its quarterly reports and market sentiment using GPT. In my opinion, GPT makes company deep dives more effective. When analyzing reports, especially earnings calls, GPT sometimes misses some facts and important points.
What do you think is the best LLM for quarterly reports and earnings calls?
I still think it's GPT5. But you need to feed it the right prompt. If you use a "balanced" prompt so that it is forced to classify all of the earnings updates into a good, ok and and bad bucket, then I believe it is useful.
Nothing beats Perplexity
