I use the second tier paid version (pro I think), true about customer services they do respond quickly. Screens are a nice layout to navigate around.
My only negative so far, is that you are unable to download from your own set up screener tabs, . Would be nice to download to Google sheets, filter out some more . I have asked customer services they haven't got this option yet, although you can on their dashboard
I use their free tier and really like it. I also use http://ROIC.ai and Koyfin and Finviz, but I keep finding myself back using http://Fiscal.ai more than the others. Consumer stock apps have really blossomed in the past five years, and I’m constantly struggling to find a permanent workflow with any given one of them. A lot of leapfrogging has been happening.
I think ROIC is the most similar to Fiscal, but I sometimes find the layout of ROIC hard to read easily and sometimes the data isn't scrubbed well. Koyfin has a lot of features and I think it was launched before the rest. It's a bit complex unless you really make it habitual and second nature. Finviz seems bloated with ads. Hardly use that one.
Most of all, I think the best platforms are the ones that can provide whatever it is that you use AND make you feel like it's easy to customize.
Fiscal is a wonderful tool, I use it myself on a daily basis as well. Thanks for sharing this, found something new with your custom metric! 👏🏻
Hey.thanks!

I believe there is an export, but not from your custom views. Is that what you mean?

What do the other tools provide that fiscal does not?
They're all somewhat similar.
